Pixa provides a creative workspace for individuals and teams to develop, manage, and share creative work. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Pixa.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and workspace membership.
- Workspace content, including briefs, images, video, audio, files, and other content you or your organization submit.
- Usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, activity logs, and diagnostic data.
- Communications you send to us, such as support requests and feedback.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Pixa, authenticate users, manage workspaces and permissions, process and deliver creative content, communicate with you, provide support, troubleshoot and improve the service, and comply with law. Where required, we rely on our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent, or legal obligations.
Authentication
We use email codes and session cookies to authenticate you and keep you signed in. If Google sign-in is made available and you choose to use it, Pixa receives your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image. We store this information with your Pixa account and use it only to authenticate you, create or link your account, and display your profile. Google Sign-In does not give Pixa access to your password, Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google account content.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that operate Pixa on our behalf; with workspace administrators and members according to workspace permissions; when you direct us to use an integration; when required to comply with law or protect the service; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Business customer data
A business customer generally controls personal information contained in its workspace content. If your information was submitted through a customer workspace, direct requests about that information to the customer or workspace administrator.
Retention, security, and international processing
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Pixa, maintain security and business records, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Information may remain temporarily in backups after deletion.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Pixa and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Workspace-managed users may need to contact their workspace administrator.
Children, changes, and contact
Pixa is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will post a new date above when we do. For questions or privacy requests, contact support@pixa.com.
